Nicole Rothschild
Managing Member, CPA
Nicole is the Managing Member of Petra Advisors, LLC. Nicole has extensive experience in real estate management and finance as well as accounting, tax and consulting areas. Nicole holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenses in New York and Maryland, working for over 25 years in private practice. Prior to forming Petra Advisors, she worked as a staff accountant at the Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group that became part of Ernst and Young, now EY. Nicole is also certified in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. She is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University graduating Summa Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Economics.
Leonard DiPietra
Lead Tax Manager
Lenny is the Lead Tax Manager for Petra Advisors with a specialty in securities and broker dealers. Lenny has extensive experience guiding clients in their tax and financial planning needs. Before forming Petra Advisors with Nicole, he has been an independent trader of options, energy contracts and equities. He brings his many years of expertise in preparing individual and small business tax returns, including investment entities, real estate, contractors, fitness clubs, restaurants, film production, medical practitioners and attorneys. He is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
